Sutton Foster won the Tony Award for best actress in Anything Goes. Sutton Foster first appeared on television in Star Search at age 15 She has also performed as a character in Bunheads, Psych, Johnny and the Sprites, Flight of the Conchords, Sesame Street, Law and Order SVU and Royal Pains. Sutton Foster performed as a Solo artist all over the United States and internationally in collaboration with Michael Rafter. Sutton's debut solo CD "Wish", along with"Wish" and the "An night featuring Sutton Foster" Live at the cafe Carlyle CD were featured. Ball State University conferred her with an Honorary PhD in 2011. In addition to being a professor and advisor at the Department of Theatre and Dance She was also conferred the degree from Ball State University. From March to the present she has been a part of TVLand's brand new show "Younger" created by Darren Star.
