Beverley Mitchell
Beverley was born in Arcadia (California) as a child. She rose to stardom via the 7th Heaven's Lucy Camden. Beverley started her career after her famous temper tantrum that took place in one of the shopping centers, as did her mother. An agent who was looking for talent saw the noise and quickly rushed into the area. This was the beginning of the end. Modeling and television roles quickly followed. Her first TV character was the series Big Brother Jake (1990). Her first big film appearance was in The Crow: City of Angels (1996). Then, shortly after, she appeared appearing on WB in the role of one of the fresh actors of the hit 7th Heaven (1996). Beverley has attended Loyola Maramount University to study film, while working on the show. She completed high school in 1999. Additionally, she is involved in RADD Kids, K-Mart Kids Race Against Drugs and many other charitable causes. While active on her show, she also starred in the short independent film, Mean People Suck (2001). In 2011, Beverley became part of the cast for The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2008), in the role of the new school guidance counselor.
